The Problem
Art needed to fix exact shrink wrap dimensions and die line. Proper art placement was critical in maintaining the final package quality.
The Solution
Using Esko Studio Suite 3D software, we produced an accurate PDF that would allow for our customer to achieve the correct graphic placement and wrapping. With color corrections, color separations, and the manufacturing of printing plates for this project, we were able to help our customer receive positive feedback on this project.

High Quality, Firm Delivery, Tight Specs Delivered!
The Problem
Our customer needed 700 ADA signs with Braille in less than 10 days for a major hotel/casino opening and were faced with tight quality specifications.
The Solution
Dixie produced ADA signs using NovAcryl PT 236 photopolymer, which provided clear, consistent, ADA compliant signs, subsurface painted and clear coated. For delivery, they were sorted, labelled, and packaged so that signs could be delivered and installed efficiently at the correct location in the hotel.

Plaques to Retrofit Historic Call Boxes
The Problem
In the city of Georgetown, call boxes that were hand made and installed in the 1860′s needed historical marker plaques retrofitted inside. The plaques had to match aesthetically and proper dimensions were crucial.
The Solution
Dixie Graphics was able to manufacture the historic markers that were routed to fit each custom shape. The recessed paint color matches the call boxes, and bronzetone tint was chosen for the raised copy to give the plaques a historic look.
